Run your QR codes on your own domain

White-label lets your tracked QR codes use your web address. When someone scans, the scan is recorded and forwarded to your destination — all under your domain. Our platform never appears.

How it works

Your QR encodes a short link on your own domain — say qrt.yourcompany.com. A scan lands there, gets recorded, and is instantly forwarded to wherever you're pointing it, which can be any web address.

Setting it up

Four steps — most people are done in a few minutes (plus a little time for DNS to update).

Sign in with your work emaile.g. you@yourcompany.com. White-label uses your email's domain, so a free address like gmail.com can't be used.
Choose your web addresse.g. qrt.yourcompany.com. It has to be on your own domain — the same one as your email.
Add one DNS recordWe show you the exact record to paste into your domain's DNS settings (see below). Your IT or hosting provider can add it in a minute.
Click VerifyWe confirm it points to us and switch on HTTPS automatically — nothing for you to install. From then on, new QR codes use your domain.

The DNS record you add

One of these, on the subdomain you chose (e.g. qrt). We'll give you the exact values.

A subdomain (like qrt.) is the simplest setup and works everywhere. A bare root domain (yourcompany.com with nothing in front) needs A/AAAA records instead of a CNAME.

Good to know

It must be your own domain — the address has to be on the same domain as your login email.
Codes you've already made keep working — this only changes codes you create from here on. Nothing printed breaks.
Nothing to install — we handle the HTTPS certificate for your domain automatically, at no cost.
DNS takes a little while — changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to take effect.
